damn tired ... really tired ... wanted so much to change the rules/traditions ... i'd say we did it ... but blame it on the chairman ... he did not dare delegate ... he thought it was the same as teachers' day celebration which he spear headed 3 years ago ... he did not realise that racial harmony day is a p1 to p6 approach plus all teachers ... he assumed the long list of logistics will fall into place within the fortnight of planning ... he is dead tired as he is penning this now ...
